What drives every decision.

Evidence, not opinion

Every field in an EmlakIQ output carries its source, freshness and confidence level. We do not produce scores that cannot be traced back to a specific record.

Explicit about limits

We mark missing data as missing. We mark partial coverage as partial. We do not interpolate to hide gaps or produce false confidence.

Deterministic outputs

The same property at the same point in time always produces the same output. Our pipeline is not probabilistic at the record level.

Scope over breadth

We expand coverage only when we can deliver the same evidence quality. We do not list geographies we cannot back with real data.

Important limits.

  • Not an SPK-licensed valuation firm — we do not produce official appraisals
  • Not a legal service — we do not provide title opinions or conveyancing
  • Not a structural engineering firm — we do not certify building safety
  • Not a price prediction engine — we provide data context, not guaranteed returns
