2. Nature of Outputs
EmlakIQ outputs are not an official valuation report, a title deed legal opinion, a structural safety certificate, or investment advice. Outputs are produced for decision-support purposes, and each is presented with its source, coverage and confidence level.
3. Usage Limits
Outputs may not be used for official legal transactions, insurance, financing documentation, or construction permits. Resale, bulk copying, or republishing of EmlakIQ data on other platforms is prohibited.
4. Data Rights
Outputs produced by EmlakIQ (Dossier, API payload, report) belong to EmlakIQ. Rights of source data providers are reserved. Users may use the output they receive only for their own decisions.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
EmlakIQ cannot be held liable for damages arising from gaps, inaccuracies, or data freshness in its outputs. Every output is presented together with its limitations and missing fields.
6. Changes
These terms may be changed without prior notice. Changes take effect once published on this page.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
