Coverage and freshness

Not every field is supported at the same depth. The output makes that visible.

Before EmlakIQ returns a report or API response, it checks geographic support, source freshness, and field-level coverage. Unsupported fields are not hidden.

Output discipline

  • Geographic support is verified before a query starts.
  • Field-level gaps are labeled inside the response itself.
  • Freshness is written into the output with the last ingestion date.

State model

Coverage is expressed through three states.

supported

Geography, field, and source confidence meet the current operating standard.

partial

Some fields return while limitations are surfaced directly in the report or API response.

unsupported

If a field or geography is not supported, the output says so explicitly and explains why.

Source calendar

Freshness is not one number. It depends on the source family.

If a property, field, or geography is not supported, EmlakIQ returns that status together with its reason. The user sees the missing area, understands which source path failed, and can move to a deeper review step when needed.
