EmlakIQ Analyst

A screening layer that shows which records deserve review first.

Analyst does not force teams to open records one by one. It resolves portfolios programmatically, measures coverage, monitors zoning and risk signals, flags mismatches against macro indicators, and returns a prioritized exception queue.

Operating mode Screen first, review manually after
Output discipline Exception queue, evidence and snapshot
Institutional use Committee, portfolio, and collateral decisions

Target users

Built for institutional teams.

  • REIT and fund portfolio teams
  • Institutional property owners
  • Developer land and project acquisition teams
  • Valuation and advisory teams
  • Collateral monitoring teams at banks and financial institutions
  • CRM and advisory organizations with large inventories

Screening model

Analyst doesn't put every record on screen — it screens first.

The goal isn't more tables to look at; it's automatically ranking which asset needs attention and why.

Features

Programmatic processing capacity.

Portfolio identity resolution

Records arriving by address, coordinate, parcel ID or internal system ID are matched to a single EmlakIQ property identity. Unresolved records aren't hidden — they go into a separate error and missing-field queue.

Zoning change and coverage monitoring

In supported municipalities and regions, zoning function, density, height and plan-coverage changes are tracked on a regular basis.

Macro data compliance analysis

Market activity, credit and macro indicators are linked at the geographic level consistent with the asset portfolio.

Anomaly and exception queue

The system automatically classifies conflicting identity, missing source, weak match, stale data, zoning-risk mismatch and out-of-coverage fields.

Institutional output

Every screening run comes with PDF/CSV/JSON output, field-level confidence, source reference and a reproducible snapshot ID.
